The agreement establishes a stable framework for public-private cooperation with the objective of transforming the sector and positioning Barcelona as an international benchmark in the sustainable blue economy.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement defines four strategic pillars that will guide joint actions over the coming years: <strong>decarbonization<\/strong> and transformation of the value chain, by promoting technological innovation projects;
